Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment

PT Money Industrial Factory, the operator of Ghost Messenger ("we", "us", or "our"), has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") and toward child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"). The sexual abuse or exploitation of children has no place on Ghost Messenger, and we are committed to combating it in line with applicable laws and with the published standards of the app stores we distribute through.

These standards explain what we prohibit, how users can report child safety concerns, and how we respond, including reporting to the appropriate authorities. They apply to everyone who uses Ghost Messenger, everywhere it is available.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Ghost Messenger, and any account engaging in them will be removed:

• Creating, sharing, requesting, or storing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Sexualising, grooming, soliciting, or exploiting any person under 18, or attempting to do so.
• Using the service to facilitate, promote, or arrange the sexual abuse or trafficking of a minor.
• Sharing links, contact details, or any content intended to enable the above.

3. Terms of Use and Age

Our Terms of Use prohibit CSAE and CSAM. Ghost Messenger is not directed to children: the service is intended for users who are at least the age of digital consent in their country (and in no case under 13). Using the service to harm a child is a severe violation of these standards and of our Terms.

4. How We Detect and Prevent Abuse

Ghost Messenger is end-to-end encrypted, which means we cannot read the content of private messages or calls. We do not weaken that encryption, because it protects every user, including children and their families. Within that design we act on the signals available to us:

• We act on user reports and on credible reports from third parties and authorities.
• We act on account-level and behavioural signals that do not require reading message content.
• We remove offending accounts and the keys that let them be reached on our relay.
• We cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement.

Because content is encrypted on the device, user reporting is a critical part of keeping the service safe. We encourage anyone who encounters child sexual abuse material or exploitation to report it immediately using the channels below.

5. How to Report a Child Safety Concern

Inside the app, you can block any contact immediately from the chat or contact screen, which stops all further contact from that account.

To report child sexual abuse or exploitation, contact us directly at officemoneyindustrialfactory@gmail.com with any details that can help us act, such as the Ghost ID involved and a description of what happened. Reports about child safety are treated as the highest priority.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or law enforcement first.

6. How We Respond

When we receive a report or otherwise become aware of CSAE or CSAM, we act promptly. Our response may include disabling and removing the offending account, preserving the limited information available to us as permitted or required by law, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or to the competent authorities in our operating jurisdiction, and we cooperate with their investigations as the law requires.

8. Updates

We may update these Child Safety Standards as our practices, the applicable laws, or app-store requirements change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
