Designed, developed and engineered by MIF (Money Industrial Factory PT PMA), the NPUSD infrastructure is not a simple token hosted on congested third-party networks, but a true native Coin traveling exclusively on its own proprietary Layer 1 (built on a DAG architecture, a Directed Acyclic Graph). The infrastructure was conceived by NP Global Inc. (Wyoming) in the exclusive role of technological inventor: as with Bitcoin, there is no owner, company or central controlling body, and it is structurally resistant to 51% attacks. All native liquidity runs on our L1 at zero cost, reserving Layer 2 solely for future external developers.

Since over 90% of modern smartphones are constantly online, every device with the Ghost app installed actively contributes computing power. When you transact, your phone generates twice the cryptographic power required: half processes your transfer, the other half silently validates the global network, working as an active micro-node. The more users join, the more scalable and unassailable the system becomes.
Institutional Custody and Operational Flow
No liquid funds reside on the servers of the Ghost infrastructure. Fiat liquidity is held in complete safety through global-tier institutions such as JPMorgan Chase, while digital assets (USDT and USDC) are protected inside Binance’s infrastructure. All inbound (Top-up) and outbound (Withdrawal) operations are operationally managed by PN Global LLC (Delaware) in the name and on behalf of the issuer NP Global Inc.
Extreme Security: RAM-Only Blind Oracles
The 1:1 anchoring of funds is not delegated to public smart contracts exposed to hacker attacks. Coin creation (Mint) and destruction (Burn) happens through Blind Oracles operating exclusively in volatile memory (RAM).
To harden security, every external deposit and withdrawal operation (Fiat or Crypto) is subject to strict anti-fraud protocols: it is verified and approved manually by our operational branch in Singapore, once a day, during office working days and hours (exactly like the largest international banking circuits). Once the operation is executed, the oracle’s memory is zeroed, never leaving traces or logs on disk.

- External Fiat Withdrawal:1% service fee plus standard bank transfer costs. Processing subject to normal bank timings and manual approval.
- Crypto Top-Up and Withdrawal (USDT/USDC):1% plus double blockchain network costs. The double hop is a mandatory cryptographic routing step needed to wash and sever every traceable on-chain link, guaranteeing absolute anonymity of your capital in and out.

Ghost Relay (RAM-Only Servers)
Ghost Relay servers operate purely as blind repeaters. They work as a temporary buffer (store-and-forward) loaded only in RAM. They route encrypted data but do not write a single byte to disk. There is no central database to hack.
The Irreversible Purge Protocol (Anti-Forensic Impenetrability)
- Your data belongs to you, which is why we apply Forced Local Security with isolated SQLite databases and Encrypted at Rest encryption, protecting your phone at operating-system level (OS-Level Shields).
- If your privacy is threatened, entering your Custom Panic PIN instantly destroys the local encryption keys on your device. Without those keys, the local database becomes a permanent graveyard of unreadable code. The action is local, decentralized and completely irreversible: even if the phone is physically seized, it is mathematically impossible to recover the data through forensic analysis.
